In which time zone is Indianapolis?

Indianapolis is in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Is there reserved seating at the conference?

This is a general seating event, so reserved seating for individuals or groups is not available.

ALL personal belongings need to be removed at session breaks. The room will be cleaned, and all items left behind will be removed.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably. The convention center area is large so wear comfortable walking shoes. We strongly recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket because the convention center and other rooms tend to be cool.

What should I bring?

We hope you will bring your friends, as well as:

  • A Bible and a pen
  • Layered clothing or a comfy jacket (the convention center is cool)
  • Light snacks to munch on during breaks

Will meals or snacks be provided at the conference?

You will be on your own for your meals during the weekend. There are a few food areas inside the convention center as well as plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the convention center. You are welcome to bring snacks to munch on during the sessions.

What restaurants are in the downtown Indianapolis area?

Will there be special accommodations for those with physical limitations?

We will have designated seating areas for wheelchairs and for those who need access to the closed-captioning service. Please indicate this need as you register to help us plan appropriately to meet these needs.

Does the Convention Center facility accommodate persons with special needs? Are wheelchairs available on-site?

Entrances into the convention center are fully accessible and power-assisted doors ease your movement in and out of the facility. Persons with special needs may be dropped off and/or picked up on the north side of the convention center under the Maryland Street canopy.

Wheelchair requests (for use inside the facility) are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the First Aid office or by contacting the Convention Center security department at 317.262.3350.

Parking for persons with disabilities is available in surrounding lots and garages. Metered on-street parking spaces for disabled surround the facility. Spaces are marked accordingly as well as spaces designated for van access only. This is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Assistive animals are also welcome in the Convention Center facility.

Will there be Spanish interpretation at the conference?

Yes, we will have Spanish interpretation available.

Please indicate this need as you register, so we can plan for the correct number of hearing devices.

You may plan to pick up a hearing device on-site when you arrive. They will be located at the Revive ’19 Information Desk on Friday, Sept. 27.

Can I be an exhibitor at the conference?

Are men allowed to attend Revive ’19?

Men may serve with a special group of praying men who intercede in a designated prayer room throughout the conference days. These men pray through the conference prayer cards (filled out during the weekend), and ask the Lord to work mightily in the lives of the women attending.

What times are the Resource Center & Exhibit Hall open?

Friday – Opens at 12:00 p.m. and Closes at 10:30 p.m.
Saturday – Opens at 8:00 a.m. and Closes at 6:00 p.m.

Is there an app for the conference?

Yes.  Have instant access to speaker and vendor information, handy maps, and informational notices during the conference. The app will be located here later this summer.


Is there childcare available at the conference?

We love children! But, please hear our heart . . .
In an effort to help you and others fully participate in the conference, and due to the nature of long conference schedule days, we ask that you make arrangements to leave your children home for these two focused days. We provide limited accommodations for nursing mothers who aren’t able to make other arrangements.

What are directions for driving to downtown Indianapolis?

How can I get from the Indianapolis airport to the hotels downtown?

The Go Green Airport Shuttle is the express Indianapolis Airport shuttle serving Downtown Indianapolis. The shuttle operates from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, every half hour, 7 days a week.

It’s just $10.00 one-way! Priority is given to online reservations. Drivers do not accept cash as payment. We strongly recommend you book a round trip reservation online so you won’t have to wait for the next bus! At the airport, Cash and Major Credit Cards are accepted but walk-ups may have to wait for the next shuttle.

Where can I park in Indianapolis?

There are more than 70,000 parking spaces in downtown Indianapolis. Here is a map showing some of the parking locations. Be sure to check the cost and hours of operation.

Is there transportation from the airport to the downtown hotels?

The most economical transportation option for airport to downtown is Go Express Travel.

Express service runs from the airport to downtown every 30 minutes from 5am-11pm daily, $12 one way. Passengers board the shuttle at Zone 7 at the airport’s Ground Transportation Center.

Will Revive ’19 be livestreamed?

Yes. You can get all the details and sign up for the free stream at Revive19.com/local/

There will be a two-hour delayed stream in addition to the live feed. Also, each Revive ’19 session will be posted on Revive19.com approximately twelve hours after the session finishes and will be available on-demand to watch for a limited time.

(If you join the livestream in progress and wish to see it from the beginning of that session,  put your cursor on the play bar and drag it left to the beginning of the session. Then you should be able to watch that session from the beginning.)

Are there any conference discounts?

Due to the smaller conference size, there will not be group discounts or any additional discounted pricing (other than the early pricing by May 1).

Is there group pricing?

There is no group pricing for Revive ’19.

What if I register and for some reason can’t come? Can I get a refund?

The registration fee is non-refundable, but if you cannot attend, you can easily transfer your registration to another attendee. (This does not apply to Monthly Partner tickets and other tickets that have been discounted.)

If I am an ROH Monthly Partner, how do I register for my complimentary ticket?

Please email us at info@ReviveOurHearts.com to receive a Monthly Ministry Partner code so you can register online. (This ticket is not transferable.)

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets purchased on or before JULY 14, will be mailed to you in August.  If you register AFTER JULY 14, you will need to plan to pick up your ticket onsite at the Information Desk, on Friday, Sept. 27.
NOTE:  Only U.S. ticket purchases will be mailed. All international ticket purchases (including Canada), will need to be picked up onsite on Friday, Sept. 27.

En nuestro esfuerzo por ayudarte a ti y a los demás a participar en la conferencia, y debido a lo largo que es cada día el programa, te pedimos que hagas arreglos para dejar a tus niños en casa por estos dos días. Proveeremos alojamiento limitado para las madres lactantes las cuales no están disponibles a hacer otro tipo de arreglos.
